Post Production & Editing
A film is written twice, once on set and once in the edit suite. Our post production team shapes footage into story, then finishes it to the standard every JULY project carries into the world.
What we do
Offline and online editing, color grading, sound design and mix, motion graphics, and multi-format delivery, all handled in house by editors who work alongside our directors and cinematographers rather than downstream of them. We cut corporate films, event highlight reels, branded content, and campaign cutdowns, and we also take on post-only projects for footage shot outside JULY.
How it works
For JULY productions, the same team that planned the shoot carries it into the edit, so nothing about the story gets lost in a handoff. For post-only projects, we begin with a discovery call to understand your footage, timeline, and delivery needs, then assign an editor and colorist who scope the cut before work begins.
Why JULY
Color grading and sound are where a film earns its final polish, and treating them as an afterthought shows on screen. Our edit suite finishes every project, JULY-shot or not, to the same cinematic standard our name is built on.
